3. Service Usage & Limitations

- Broadcasting of message templates approved by WhatsApp
- Multi-agent live chat on a shared WhatsApp Business number
- Daily messaging limits set by WhatsApp, which increase with your account's sending history
You may not use our Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Violate WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies
- Send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them
- Share inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
- Spam or harass other users
4. Payment & Billing
By subscribing to AIDM's paid plans, you agree to the following payment terms:
- Subscription pricing varies by plan, region, and applicable promotions
- Current plan pricing is displayed at checkout and in your billing settings
- WhatsApp message charges are billed separately from your subscription, at the rates shown on our pricing page
- Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
5. Data & Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Our data practices include:
- Secure storage of your contacts, messages and account data
- No sharing of personal data with third parties without consent, except as needed to deliver your messages through WhatsApp
- GDPR and CCPA compliance
- Right to data deletion upon request

6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of AIDM and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload or send through the Service, including your contacts and message templates, but grant AIDM a license to process and store this content to provide the Service.

- Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary software
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or technical difficulties
- Actions of other users on the platform
- Third-party content or integrations
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Suspend service for security or technical reasons
- Update or modify features as needed
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

- We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, you retain access until the end of your billing period

- Provide 30 days notice for significant changes
